- Completed Visa Application Form: Fill in the form accurately with personal details, a recent passport-size photo, travel information, and signature.
- Passport:
A valid passport with at least two blank pages and valid for at least three months beyond your planned stay in Cyprus. - Valid Proof of Residence:
A valid residence permit or permanent residence document, if applicable. - Business Invitation Letter:
An official invitation letter from us may be required. Please contact us at info@island-conference.com to request one. - Travel Itinerary:
A detailed plan including round-trip flight bookings and proof of hotel reservation. - Proof of Financial Means:
Evidence of sufficient funds to cover your stay in Cyprus, such as recent bank statements or financial guarantees (may be requested case by case). - Travel Insurance:
Proof of valid travel insurance covering medical expenses and emergencies for the duration of your stay, with a minimum coverage of €30,000. - Visa Fee: The applicable visa fee (varies by nationality and visa type) is payable upon submission of the application
